Tsuto was having a great day! He has finally taken his revenge of the person that killed his mother. Old man Lonjiku would not be hurting anyone anymore. The half-elf was just admiring the goblin’s work of encasing the former glassworks owner in various sheets of glass when suddenly the doors to the factory bursts open and a burly human rushed in and began shooting arrows at his goblin minions. The human seemed familiar…
Turrowben! Tsuto remembered the foul mouthed ranger from his younger days in Sandpoint. So the brat finally decided to play hero. That would mean the eladrin queer and their half-elf playmate would not be far behind.
As if to answer his question, a sudden sluggishness began to take hold of him.
Magic! The eladrin is indeed here. And they brought some friends.
“Duun ar! Daan agaan rhaac akhan!” The half-elf shouted in goblin and started giving out commands, pointing at the human with the longbow. “Nuunraanr shagaan! Tekaar shuukaakakhaan dhegaan oc daan molkac! Dar daan maagaar ac daach mel duun huulaal duun daan kaar!”
Even though gripped in the effects of the spell, Tsuto managed to fire two arrows from his short bow. One of them grazes the ranger’s cheek while the other one pierces his leg before he succumbs to the effects of the spell.
* * *
One goblin, unaffected by Gryffin's spell manages to run towards the human and ranger and stabs its dogslicer into the bigger opponent's foot.
Two other goblins struggled to raise their makeshift swords as the enchantment washed over them, like a wave of exhaustion. They tried to open his eyes and focus, mustering enough strength to make a step or two towards the woodsman.
The other goblins struggled to follow tsuto's orders as the eladrin's curse crept up on their bodies, numbing his arms and legs. Curse these foul creatures! It grumbled in between yawns but they managed to load their slings with pots of the molten glass they have been playing around. The pots flew true and shattered upon the ranger's armor, burning thru it to the flesh beneath.
The glee from having seen the human burn washed over the goblins as they cheered once more! There was nothing the goblins loved more than starting a fire!
