I am having a bad case of the jitters made worse by the sight of those creatures with elongated arms and mouths that hideously opens wide that surrounded Arao.
We needed to take advantage of the terrain. I remember overhearing my wizard cousins back home discussing about war tactical lessons from the arcane college. At that time I did not give it so much thought until now when I look down at the corridor and guessed that it would be to our advantage if we fall back and have them attack in file.
"I'm gonna give you some cover! Make a run for it!" I heard Lloyd shout out to Arao. My guess was right.
Following Lloyd's lead. "Begone foul creature!" I held up the symbol of corellon above my head as it glowed brightly illuminating everything particularly the creature in front of Lloyd. The creature turned to me with hatred in its eyes i was taken aback by the maliciousness of the glare that i faltered. for a second i felt corellon's grace leave me and with that the power of my spell. the sacred flame washed harmlessly over the creature.
