Gryffin: Ancient Prison, Round 04

Gryffin was still flustered by the shock of his psychic attack's failure
against the Sinspawn's alien mind.

"That was so strange...yet fascinating - I thought these creatures were mere brutes." Gryffin thought.

"Let's see how it does against this." Gryffin thought as he stepped forward and launched a thunderwave at the Sinspawn that edged closer to Lloyd.

The thunderblast catches the creature unaware and flings it back a couple of feet back into the caverns.

"Brother, Gryffin" The cleric whispered.

"eh.." Gryffin answered as he stood back to back with his fellow eladrin.

"Arao and I plan to use our powers to strike at the general area of these devilspawn. Can you do the same?"

Gryffin paused in thought for a moment.

"Aye. I'll see what I can do." Gryffin muttered as he hurriedly tried to recall a spell he had prepared that day.

"I hope this works..." He thought.

"Ast tasarak sinuralan kyrnawi !" Gryffin cried as his mind sought out the threads of life energy animating the creatures in the other room and tried to tie them in knots.

Most of the creatures feel the tug of the arcane spell. Each of them starts to drag down as the weight of the spell starts to take an effect on them.
