Lloyd: Initial Assault, Round 01

Things are not looking good. We’re being surrounded by the goblins. We better do something and regroup.

Lloyd looks around and takes stock of his companions.

Jarek and Gryffin have been hurt in the initial attack. At least that new cleric was able to do something for Gryffin’s wounds.

“Jarek!” Lloyd shouts over to his friend. “Don’t tell me you’re going to let these puny goblins get the better of you! I’ve seen you shoot wild boar with much more fight in it than these guys. Or is it possible you’ve gone rusty with your archery skills with all that time you’re spending with old Shalelu frolicking in the woods? He he. ”

Lloyd notices Jarek smirk and laugh back at the comment. The jibe seems to have brought the ranger back into fighting condition.

With that the half-elf runs between Ameiko’s and the fruit stalls taking care not to slip on any of the salmon and fruits that seem to have littered the grounds.

Gryffin’s spellcasting seem to have greatly improved. That thunder spell threw those goblins back and hopefully has likewise taken the fight out of them. Ameiko’s not going to like it though. Still, it couldn’t be helped and for now someone has to make sure that our flank’s covered.

Lloyd manages to reach the lead goblin and slashes it with his long sword.
