Arao bounded purposely beside the heavily wounded woodsman. "Steady human. The Sun shall renew your vigor." He laid his hand on the ranger's shoulder, and a bright warm flickering aura engulfed Jarek for a moment, closing some of his wounds. Done with the healing, Arao turned and faced the leering goblin. "You have disturbed the peace and caused harm and suffering," he said evenly. Letting the goblin read his action, Arao swung his battleaxe in a slow and deliberate vertical slash that the monster dodge with ease. Splinters from the cracked cobblestones flew as the battleaxe solidly came in contact with the ground. "I will be your opponent now."

darn it. i can't find my attack roll using the search function. rico, can u find it? do you have a link? anywayz, it was a 2 so i'm pretty sure it's a miss.

technician speaking. arao uses move action to go 6 squares to J4, then for a minor action, use lay-on-hands ability on the forked-tongue human, then swings his axe downwards against the opposing goblin. the attack roll was a natural 2, so i can assume it's a miss (i rephrased the story so it comes out as a not-so-embarrasing miss wahehe). i leave the hp healed to the dm. i think no rolls are needed for it...
btw the "I will be your opponent..." churva is not a mark. i can't mark coz i used up a minor action for the heal.
