Goblin Cutters: Initial Assault, Round 01

Goblins are such strange creatures.

Chaos has erupted in the festival grounds and the goblins are having fun because of it. The fact that one of them has already been killed by one of the tall ones seems to have been forgotten. In fact, the goblin nearest to it takes its time to check on its fallen comrade’s belongings and take it for itself.

Two other goblins which were laughing on the ground finally decide to join the fray. Both of them charge. They run up to the fortune telling table and hastily clamber up on it causing the crystal ball to bounce off and shatter as it falls on the ground.

This causes the goblins to once more go into a fit of laughter which causes one of them to go off balance and topples the chair it is standing on and itself falling prone on the ground.

The remaining goblins, laughs at its companion’s folly and looks around fir its target. It spots the tall human with the bow and jumps at it with its makeshift knife.

Its flies thru the air but its short legs can only take it so far; it lands short and brings down its knife just inches away from the ranger’s chest.
