At the door where to the tunnels you see that the wooden frame has been shattered from its hinges. The door lies in shards across the floor. You shine your faint light into the small room and long tunnels that wind beyond, but see nothing, except ...
You hear a noise, from one of the rooms in the cellar. The room that Ameiko was being held in. You hear it again, a sniffling. You look quizzically, nervously at one another, before moving towards it. You hear the sniffling again, an almost human sob. And then there is a sudden noise like the thing has heard you, as if it has drawn in upon itself, and falls silent.
A few tense moments pass, when you hear a broken, shaking voice whisper from behind the door.
"p .. p .. please .. please .. please .. p .. p .. please"
There is a person in there.
some clarifications please.
ReplyDelete1) the room with the shattered door is the one w/ the tunnel to the sea?
2) did we pass by it just now? or did we take the other route (the top corridor) instead?
3) we know there should have been guards here right? but no sign of violence or bloodshed? is it like they just vanished into thin air?
seeing as i'm the one right at the door, is the door locked?
ReplyDeleteat first glance, there are no booby traps on the door is there? (do i need to make a roll for this?)
if it's unlocked, i'm gonna set my standard action to full defense, then open the door and shine the sunrod instead. if there is a someone that looks like a non-hostile inside, i will move in in front of him/her.
btw, do we roll initiative na?
"There is someone who needs our help in there" Guy makes for the entrance.
ReplyDeleteOOC: 1) the room with the shattered door is the one w/ the tunnel to the sea?
ReplyDeleteIt the the room where the air that smells of the sea comes from.
2) did we pass by it just now? or did we take the other route (the top corridor) instead?
The guards where posted at the door with the tunnel thus it would be logical to use that corridor first to check on the guards.
3) we know there should have been guards here right? but no sign of violence or bloodshed? is it like they just vanished into thin air?
the door looks like it was bashed open from the outside going in. there are tracks heading towards the room where ameiko was kept. another set of tracks (with blood streaks and tracks of something heavy being dragged) lead back into the room with the tunnel.
seeing as i'm the one right at the door, is the door locked?
ReplyDeleteit doesn't seem locked.

it doesn't seem trapped.

why would you? he he.
OOC: "There is someone who needs our help in there" Guy makes for the entrance.
ReplyDeleteDefine makes. The door is still quite closed (please see next post).
