Vicious, bloodthirsty predators, blood fiends have a countenance so terrifying that they can stop other creatures in their tracks with a baleful glare.
havent encountered a blood fiend before as it is an extraplanar creature. so i can't really expect this one to be showing up in any future games. 3rd or 4th ed.
